ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

These can be covered in WFP warehouses. The holders of the position are responsible for Logistics Assistance entrusted with the supervision of warehouses. The holders of the post intervene in all phases of the operations of the company and work with a minimum level of supervision. We also hope that you can supervise and impart capacity to other employees at the location.

FINALITY OF THE POINT:

Take care of the receipt/dispatch of products to maximize the quality of the processing operations and mitigate losses, and support the best practices in the management of conformity products with the standards and guidelines established by the PMA in the material.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (indicative and non-exhaustive list):

Receive/deliver products efficiently, including transport (from truck to truck), maintain the approved official documentation (eg, door cards and/or delivery notes) and guarantee the accuracy of the physical receipt of the products and the quality of these products, conformity with the established standards.
Prepare, verify and confirm the documents of the shipment and transport, and maintain confidential files and records of the exact transactions of the shipment so that you can immediately document the movements of conforming products with institutional requirements.
Conduct daily warehouse closing reconciliation and accurate inventory controls in support of internal control systems, in accordance with warehouse management requirements.

Carry out daily inspections and prepare reports on the quantity and quality of the products received/dispatched and handled, detect with possible discrepancies/damages in the existence and analyze the roots, investigate the motive of the false quantity and prepare reports on the losses of Almacen in which we recommend the appropriate solutions, to allow you to make informed decisions. }
Apply appropriate medications to save food and non-food products, to ensure that the quality control using preventive medications is consistent with the PMA procedures established and the authorization received from the supervisor.

Monitor the state of the warehouse and the products and take into account the appropriate measures to support an efficient planning of the space and a well-organized storage, applying the norms of the PMA in the material. Supervise, provide guidance and skills to the employee’s employees, to contribute to professional development and good times.

DISEASABLE EXPERIENCE FOR THIS FUNCTION:

4 years of experience using basic logistics data to extract periodical information.
4 years of experience in the management of food and non-food products.
4 years of experience in inventory management.
4 years of experience in the processing of invoices.
MINIMUM STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Training:

Completion of the secondary education cycle. The presentation of a postsecondary education certificate in the corresponding functional area will be valued.

Languages:

Spoken and written command of the Spanish language
Desirable: Basic understanding of the English language.
